Red Potato Salad

 67 red potatoes cut into bite size pieces
 1 cup mayo
 1 ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
 1 ½ tbsp white vinegar
 ¾ tsp celery salt
 1 tsp pepper
 4 boiled eggs, chopped
 4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled

Boil potatoes for about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a large bowl combine mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, eggs and bacon. Mix well; add poatoes. Chill for 2 hours.
