 6 lbs Tomatoes
 1 Onion
 3 Bell Peppers
 7 JalapeƱos
 ½ cup White Vinegar
 2 tbsp Canning Salt

Finely chop Onion, Peppers, JalapeƱos. Blend Tomatoes till consistency you like.
Put all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 30 minutes; stirring often

Pour into hot jars and wipe the rims clean
Screw on lids and Pressure cook 10 lbs of pressure for 10 minutes
