Cook ravioli. Meanwhile, in a large skillet saute the mushrooms, onions and ham in oil until veggies are tender. Add sage and cook 1 minute longer. Stir in cream. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in cheese, peas, salt and pepper; heat through. Drain ravioli and toss in sauce.
