Preheat oven to 350*
Add the dry ingredients in a bowl: whole wheat flour, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt and mix well.
In a separate bowl add the remaining wet ingredients: milk, canned pumpkin, greek yogurt, avocado oil, honey and vanilla extract and mix well.
Mix dry and wet ingredients together and don't overmix
Fill large muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
