6 pieces of bacon
12 tbsp butter or cooking oil
1 medium chopped onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 medium to large head of cabbage
1 tsp worchester sauce or chicken boullion
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp pepper flakes

Chop the cabbage and set aside
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute bacon until brown. Reserve 1 Tbsp of bacon grease to saute. Add butter to pan followed by onions, garlic, paprika, creole seasoning, and bacon. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent any burns.
Then add cabbage, worchester sauce and pepper. Bring to a simmer, cover and let it cook for about 10-14 minutes.
