Preheat oven 350. Crumble and cook sausage; drain. Spread bread crumbs in greased 9x13 dish. Top with sausage, peppers, and cheese. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and mustard until well blended. Pour over cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
