Peanut Butter Cup Pie

 1 9 in deep dish pie shell
 1 cup sugar
 ¼ cup cocoa
 2 tbsp all purpose flour
 ½ cup milk
 2 eggs beaten
 3 tbsp butter
 6 oz cream cheese softened
 1 container cool whip (8 oz)
 ¼ cup 2 T peanut butter
 1 cup confectioner sugar, sifted
 1 tbsp vanilla
 2 tbsp semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Prick bottom and sides of pastry shell; bake 10 minutes at 425*; cool.
Combine next 7 ingredients; beat at medium speed until well blended. Pour mixture into shell; bake 30 minutes at 350*; cool. Combine next 5 ingredients; beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread over chocolate layer; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Chill well
