Memom’s Pumpkin Pie

 1 ½ cups pumpkin
 1 cup sugar
 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
 2 egg yolks (beaten)
 1 cup evaporated milk

Preheat oven 400*. Mix together ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 40-50 minutes. Pie is done when knife inserted in pie doesn't run together.
