 2 lbs hamburger
 1 medium onion
 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
 mozzarella
 9 lasagna noodles
 1 pint cottage cheese
 2 tsp garlic
 1 tsp oregano
 1 tsp basil
 1 tsp italian seasoning
 pepperoni

Cook noodles. Brown hamburger and onion together; drain. Add spices and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Then add cottage cheese and simmer for 10 minutes.

ASSEMBLE: Layer noodles side by side, put a layer of hamburger mixture, pepperoni, and mozzarella. Repeat for a total of 3 layers.

Cook at 350* for 30-45 minutes
