Gorgonzola Fettuccini

 12 oz fettuccine noodles
 1 tsp chopped garlic
 ¼ cup white wine
 ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
 1 tsp olive oil
 Gorgonzola cheese
 parmesan cheese
 mushrooms
 salt and pepper

Over medium heat add garlic, wine and mushrooms. Let the liquid reduce by half. Add heavy whipping cream and bring to a soft boil; add cheese and fettuccine and bring back to a boil. Add Parm and let thicken.
