Cheesecake

 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  cup melted butter
 4 8 oz cream cheese pkgs softened
 1 cup sugar
 3 tbsp flour
 4 eggs room temp
 1 cup sour cream
 1 tbsp vanilla
1

Combine first 3 ingredients; press on the bottom of springform pan. Stick in freezer.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs ONE AT A TIME mixing well after each one. Blend in sour cream and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 450* for 10 minutes; reduce oven temp to 325*. Continue baking for an hour.
